Thank you for you interest in Cardinal Ink. All of our cards are custom made by us from scratch, each and every order. This is how we are able to customize a design of your choice to fit all of your needs. Whether it be the layout, the fonts, or the colors; everything is customizable at NO extra charge.

Don't see something you love? Just contact us and we will build your design from the ground up at absolutely NO extra charge. Please note we have a minimum order of 100 cards for our custom orders.

••• Turnaround •••

Turnaround time for all orders is 4-5 business days for non-personalized stationery/items and 7-10 days for personalized stationery/items.

••• Payment •••

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, eChecks and Instant Bank Transfers through PayPal. Please note you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to place and order.

We now ship all physical addressed orders through FedEx and all PO box orders through USPS that are in the continental United States. If you are out of the US and wish to place and order please contact us by phone or email to place your order and we will send you an invoice with your order total and shipping.

Proofing Process:

If ordered, before your order is sent to press we will send your digital proofs to you through an approval link for you to view and approve. We have no set number of revisions, but please be aware, once you approve the design and/or it is sent to press, no changes can be made. It is very important you don't say you love it until you do. If you decide you would still like changes to be made, we can re-send to press at a reduced rate.


Errors:

Please note that we can not be responsible for spelling/graphical errors on your part when supplying us the information to print on your cards. Please be very thorough when looking over the card information given and when approving your proof. If an error does slip your notice we can re-send to press for a reduced rate. If the error is made on our part we will of course re-print at no charge to you.


Photo Quality:

If you opt to add photos to your design there is a lot we can do with a photo, but we can only do so much. If your photo is unfit for printing, such as blurry or not a high enough resolution, we will make you aware of the risk involved in going ahead with printing with that photo and ask you for a new image/file. We can not be responsible for the quality of photos given to us or the final result if you decide to go ahead with the original photos given.


Final Color Result:

Please note that all monitors view color differently depending on the graphic card installed in your machine. We have our monitors calibrated once a week to give the best match with your printed card and our screen. Seeing as we have no idea what kind of graphic card your using or how your monitor views colors we can not be responsible for color differences in the final printed product and your monitor. We can not do a test print of just one card, if you would like to see your card before you order in bulk you must order a 1 pack (25 included) of the Cardstock Cards. These numbers are the minimum required for a press print run, so we can not make exceptions.


Professional Photos:

Please note we can not and will not use a professional photo on your cards without a copyright image release from the photographer. If you purchase a cd outright from the photographer this does not mean you have permission to use the photos unless there is a signed release on the cd as well. If there Isn't you must contact the studio to receive the proper forms. We accept releases through fax, email and regular mail.


Portfolio and Blogs:

We reserve the right to show all designs created/printed by us in our offline and online portfolios, blogs, and main website. (all identifying info will be removed or covered for your safety).


Privacy:

At Cardinal Ink we take privacy very seriously. We will only contact you to fill your orders or if you have opted to be on our mailing list or take part in our satisfaction surverys. We do not and will not sell or distribute your personal info in any manner.
